Licensed security officer

Licenses & Insurance

Full credentials. Fully transparent. Before you hire any security firm, verify what they carry.

Hiring an unlicensed or underinsured security company exposes your business to significant liability. If an uninsured officer is injured on your property, if an incident occurs during a patrol, or if your vendor isn't licensed by the state โ€” you could be held responsible. Below are our current active credentials, available for verification upon request.

Why This Protects You

Officer Injury on Your Property

If an unlicensed vendor's officer is injured at your site and they carry no workers' comp, your business may be liable. Apex's L&I coverage removes that risk entirely.

Incidents During Patrol

If an Apex officer causes property damage or is involved in an incident during patrol, our $1M general liability policy responds โ€” not your insurance.

Regulatory Compliance

Washington State requires all security companies to be licensed under RCW 18.170. Using an unlicensed vendor can expose your business to compliance violations and contract disputes.
